In the meantime, I have a lot of fun, just connect the PC and the NAND chips to the Xbox 360, and then tell the PC to read the chips. You must have the JTAG programming software (Lauther) (also found on the Xbox 360, but I do not think is available for download. There are many sites with this software.) Connect to the PC to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. (That is what the program does. If you ask (or tell) the PC to read the NAND chips, the Xbox 360 is no longer available for use and we have to change the USB cable to another Xbox 360. Now, connect the new Xbox to the PC using the same cable, and ask the PC to re-write the NAND chips. It is a lot of work, but it does work. I can write the NAND chips easily. It is a bit easier if the part in the previous step is to replace the USB cable to the Xbox 360 on a new Xbox 360. Thus, the number of NAND chips is reduced a bit. In the end, I get the following results, taken from the 32 MB partition of the Xbox 360. (The results I get are not exact. I ran the program on three different NAND chips and got the following results: VID=0x0D86 BPROP=0x0064. The ID of this NAND chip is 0x0D86, and the ID (the number in the middle) is 0x0D00. The BPROP is 0x0064. I could not get the BPROP of 0x0064. So this is the best I can do. I do not know what the BPROP is for a particular NAND chip).
EDIT: they're using a serial to parallel converter to make those connections, and the CPU actually has a PLL with a clock signal for the SPI port. So it's not actually a serial port, it's a parallel port. No serial port on a PIC or PIC16F877A, and the PIC16F877A has no PLL. Serial to Parallel Converters

The stamp is a fancy word for a marking, and it's commonly found on silver jewelry. The stamp in the picture is stamped on the inside of a ring, where the marking specifies the quality of silver used to make the ring. Most jewelry is stamped with a number, letter, or both. Here are the most common markings. 827ec27edc
