I am afraid this didn't solve my problem, in my simatic manager wizards were set to PCS7 for some reason (don't have PCS7 installed), then I've selected here, as Georg explained, Step7. I've created several projects, from scratch, both with using wizards and without, they were all counting process objects in WinCC, so license missing and demo mode activated. I've restarted PC several times, same thing.
then I've installed SQL Server Management Studio (it ain't coming with WinCC 7.5 anymore), connect to WinCC database engine, I've attached the mdf from my WinCC project (which is inside multiproject->project_os), then edit 200 rows of dbo.CC_Prj_Options, and set S7Project.IsPCS7 to 0.
If I open wincc project from simatic manager, it counts external tags, ok. then close wincc, open again from simatic manager, it counts process objects again. If i write S7Project.IsPCS7 to 0 again, close, open from simatic manager, it counts external tags, ok, close, open wincc from simatic manager, it counts external tags again, again close, open, it counts process objects.
I've determined that S7Project.IsPCS7 is set to 1 on WinCC open from simatic manager, but in first opening it counts external tags although S7Project.IsPCS7 is set 1. Next open of WinCC from simatic manager it counts process objects. 2b1af7f3a8
